My name is Jennifer Williams, LMSW. I have BA degrees in psychology and sociology from Ouachita Baptist University and a master’s in social work from the University of Arkansas At Little Rock. I love working with children, teens, and adults. I specialize in children and adults with Developmental Disabilities and people on the Autistic Spectrum. I am certified in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am a Positive Behavioral Specialist. Most of my clients have anxiety, are on the Autistic Spectrum, or have behavioral issues at home, school, or both.
I enjoy incorporating play into therapy with children and believe that we can make most things therapeutic if we try. With teens and adults, I use Strengths Based Therapy and Client Centered Therapy to help make a plan best suited to their needs and supports. I enjoy seeing my clients grow and accomplish things they thought weren’t possible. These goals can range from graduating high school, getting their driver’s license, having a more successful romantic relationship, or making it through the school year without being suspended. I meet clients where they are so that we can grow as a team to reach new heights. I am eager to help clients who are ready to work, learn, and grow.
