Patient ACCTS and Billing

Although LSCI specializes in OBHS and contract services, we also accept insurance/EAP patients. The professionals associated with LSCI have extensive managed care experience and are approved providers for many of the area insurance companies. Our staff is happy to assist patients in obtaining authorizations for treatment. Our billing department will also work with patients to ensure appropriate reimbursement from third-party payors.

• LSCI serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Services will not be denied on ability to pay.
• Discounts for essential services are offered depending upon family size and income.
• You may apply for a discount at the front desk.
• A sliding fee scale is available and is based on family size and income.
