Ilo Webster

Ilo Webster, Clinical Director

Ilo Webster is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field. Since 2006, Ilo has been dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy services. She has been an integral part of Life Strategies Counseling since 2007.

Ilo holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). Her leadership and certified expertise led to her appointment as Regional Director in 2021, and she advanced to the role of Associate Clinical Director in 2024.

With 15 years of experience working within school settings, Ilo specializes in therapy for children in pre-kindergarten through first grade. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which enables her to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.

In addition to her work with children, Ilo has experience working with adults, helping them navigate various life challenges and mental health concerns. She is passionate about reducing generational trauma and is committed to supporting clients and their families through the healing process. Ilo places a high priority on the power of play in therapy, believing in its transformative potential for children. She also collaborates with guardians, teaching them how to engage in meaningful play with their children.
