Jessica Simmons, LMSW

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with three years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the lifespan, from age 4 through adulthood. I have a special passion for working with middle schoolers, teens, and adults, and I strive to create a supportive, empowering environment for those navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

Currently, I am pursuing certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I incorporate only evidence-based therapeutic interventions into my work. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, rooted in empathy and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and resilience.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Arkansas State University and am committed to ongoing professional development. In the future, I am excited to expand my expertise in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and perinatal mental health.
