With over three years of experience practicing at LSCI, I specialize in working with pre-teens and teenagers, while also supporting individuals of all ages. I provide individual and family therapy focused on addressing anxiety, depression, anger, and behavioral challenges at home or in school.
My approach is strength-based and family-centered. I believe meaningful change happens when we work together. Whether involving parents, siblings, grandparents, or other caregivers, I aim to strengthen the family unit and promote healthier communication and connection. A strong family is the foundation of emotional resilience. When we heal together- we grow together.
I’m committed to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I currently provide school-based services within the Lake Hamilton School District and also offer in-office and telehealth sessions to accommodate a variety of needs.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy listening to audiobooks and spending time with my husband, our son, and our dog. I’m also actively involved in our church community, where I serve alongside my husband in youth ministry.
