I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who proudly serves compassionate and trauma-informed services to children, adolescents, and adults here in North-East Arkansas. I am pursuing specialization in trauma therapy and am currently in training to be a provider of CPT, an evidence-based treatment of PTSD. I also integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and holistic ideas such as meditation and mindfulness into my services. I meet clients where they are, providing an authentic, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment for clients to truly feel safe, empowered, and heard in their therapeutic journey. I am graduate of Lyon College (BA in Psychology) and University of Kentucky College of Social Work (MSW). Outside of my sessions I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, or kayaking with my family. I value learning and my competitive nature which helps me to push myself every day to be a better person, friend, and professional.
